If a Wish listing is using your product photo, the fastest route is Wish's own reporting process. Here's exactly where to go and what to include.

Where to report

Wish IP complaint — Submit one report per listing.

What to include

  1. The exact URL of the infringing Wish listing.
  2. Your original work — the URL of your own listing and the date it was published.
  3. Your original photo file, if the form allows attachments.
  4. Your contact details.
  5. A good-faith statement and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury (see the DMCA notice guide).

You can generate a ready-to-paste notice with our free takedown notice generator.

Wish-specific tips

  • Use Wish's infringement report form.
  • Submit one report per listing.
  • Include your original listing URL.

What happens next

Wish reviews reports and may remove the listing.

Before you report: save evidence

Listings can disappear and reappear under new IDs. Before reporting, save the URL, a screenshot and an Internet Archive snapshot (web.archive.org → “Save Page Now”). See someone stole my product photos for the full checklist.

Platform processes change; follow the current instructions on Wish's own pages. General information, not legal advice. MakerSentry is not affiliated with Wish.
