How to report a copy of your product on SHEIN
Step-by-step: where to report a SHEIN listing that uses your product photos, what to include, and what happens next. Free notice generator included.
If a SHEIN listing is using your product photo, the fastest route is SHEIN's own reporting process. Here's exactly where to go and what to include.
Where to report
SHEIN IP complaint — SHEIN routes IP complaints through its group IP page.
What to include
- The exact URL of the infringing SHEIN listing.
- Your original work — the URL of your own listing and the date it was published.
- Your original photo file, if the form allows attachments.
- Your contact details.
- A good-faith statement and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury (see the DMCA notice guide).
You can generate a ready-to-paste notice with our free takedown notice generator.
SHEIN-specific tips
- Use SHEIN's group intellectual property page.
- Include the product's goods ID or full URL.
- Attach your original photo and your earlier listing.
What happens next
Track your submission by email. Report relists with your earlier reference.
Before you report: save evidence
Listings can disappear and reappear under new IDs. Before reporting, save the URL, a screenshot and an Internet Archive snapshot (web.archive.org → “Save Page Now”). See someone stole my product photos for the full checklist.
Platform processes change; follow the current instructions on SHEIN's own pages. General information, not legal advice. MakerSentry is not affiliated with SHEIN.
Keeps dated proof of every listing, finds copies weekly, tracks takedowns and builds your appeal if Etsy removes a listing.
