If a AliExpress listing is using your product photo, the fastest route is AliExpress's own reporting process. Here's exactly where to go and what to include.

Where to report

Alibaba Group IPP portal (covers AliExpress) — Register once on IPP, upload proof of authorship (use your Evidence Packet), then file per listing.

What to include

1. The exact URL of the infringing AliExpress listing.
2. Your original work — the URL of your own listing and the date it was published.
3. Your original photo file, if the form allows attachments.
4. Your contact details.
5. A good-faith statement and an accuracy statement under penalty of perjury (see the DMCA notice guide).

You can generate a ready-to-paste notice with our free takedown notice generator.

AliExpress-specific tips

• Register on the Alibaba Group IPP platform once; the same account covers AliExpress and Alibaba.
• Upload proof of ownership for the photo — your original file and your earlier listing are the usual evidence.
• File one complaint per product URL; store-level complaints are slower.

Language

English is accepted. A Chinese version can help when a case is forwarded to the seller.

What happens next

You can track each complaint in the IPP portal. Sellers can respond, and repeat infringers are penalised over time, so report relists as repeats.

Before you report: save evidence

Listings can disappear and reappear under new IDs. Before reporting, save the URL, a screenshot and an Internet Archive snapshot (web.archive.org → “Save Page Now”). See someone stole my product photos for the full checklist.
