A suspension stops your whole shop, not just a listing. Etsy's email states the reason, and that reason decides your next step.

Common reasons

• Payment and verification issues: identity checks, a failed charge or a payment reserve.
• Order performance: many cases, late shipping, or unanswered messages.

What to do first

1. Read the email in full and note the exact reason and any deadline.
2. Don't open another shop. Etsy treats it as evading the suspension.
3. Respond through the channel the email gives you, with facts and evidence, not frustration.

Afterwards
